01 / Challenge
The main challenge of projects at this scale is synchronizing photo and video production without disrupting the hotel's daily operations. Without thorough pre-shoot planning, detailed video storyboarding, and professional preparation of each space (home staging), there is a significant risk of missing the right timing, losing the perfect light, or failing to capture the true atmosphere of the space. Our primary goal was to orchestrate this complex process so that every shot served the overarching concept.

We conducted a preliminary location audit and pre-shoot, developed a detailed video storyboard, and prepared a full shoot-day schedule — along with a preparation guide for the hotel team outlining how to ready each zone before the shoot. The hotel received a comprehensive package of conversion-driven media content — an extensive photo library and a brand promo video — fully ready for integration across the website, social media, and international booking platforms.


Composition & Light
It was essential to achieve perfect geometric framing while managing complex reflections on the high-gloss marble panel, and to harmoniously blend contrasting light sources within a single shot: cool accent lighting, the warm glow of designer ring chandeliers, and natural light from the windows. Compositional precision during the shoot, combined with professional interior retouching in post-production, helped balance all light sources and reveal the richness of every texture — from the cold gloss of marble to warm wood and golden brass accents.
