Every flight is conducted with full permit documentation in compliance with Kazakhstan aviation regulations.

Planning around light and weather
Aerial work depends on wind, precipitation and light more than any other genre. We pick a primary and a backup date, timed for soft morning or sunset light when facades and grounds look dimensional.
Flight and shoot

Drone flights in Kazakh cities are regulated, and areas near airports or restricted sites require approval. We arrange all permits ourselves — included in the service. If the location is in a no-fly zone, we will tell you before booking.
What happens if the weather turns bad?
We move to the backup date at no extra cost. Strong wind and precipitation affect both image quality and flight safety, so a backup day is built into the plan from the start.
What formats do you deliver?
High-resolution photos, video up to 4K, vertical versions for Reels and Stories, 360° panoramas on request. For developers — series from identical positions to compare construction stages.
Can aerial be combined with interior photography?
Yes — the most common format: the property from the air plus interiors in one visit. A combined shoot costs less and tells the complete story of the property, from the grounds to the details.
