Office spaces for company websites, HR branding and tenant presentations
About office photography
Office photos work for three audiences at once: candidates judge where they would work, clients judge how serious the company is, tenants judge whether the space is worth the money. One set covers the website, job postings and presentations.
My portfolio includes Capital Tower offices, the Esentai City open space and Forte Bank VIP branches. I shoot both working offices with the team in place and empty floors for leasing presentations — each task has its own light and angle strategy.
The shoot is planned so work never stops: in the evening after the team leaves, at weekends, or zone by zone. For business centres we cover entrances, lobbies, typical floors and window views — what actually sells the lease.
How the shoot works
Brief and scenario
We define the audience: HR, clients or tenants. This decides whether we shoot a lived-in office with people or clean spaces.
Scheduling
We pick windows when areas are free: evenings, weekends, lunch hours. The zone list and walkthrough order are agreed with the office manager in advance.
The shoot
Reception, open space, meeting rooms, lounge areas, window views. When shooting with employees present I work fast and unobtrusively — work continues uninterrupted.
Retouching and delivery
Retouching with natural colour, straightened verticals, cables and clutter removed. Files formatted for web, presentations and print.

Frequently asked questions
Should we shoot with or without employees?
Depends on the goal. For HR branding, candid frames with the team work better; for leasing and catalogues — clean spaces. Most often we do both in a single shoot.
How long does an office shoot take?
An office up to 1000 m² takes 3–4 hours. A business-centre floor or a headquarters with dozens of zones — a full day. The office keeps working throughout.
Does the office need special preparation?
Minimal: clear cups and personal items from desks, hide boxes, check the lighting. I send a checklist for the office manager — preparation takes an hour.
Do you shoot spaces for lease marketing?
Yes: empty floors, entrances, lobbies and building amenities. Frames are built so a tenant can picture themselves in the space — focusing on light, views and layout.
Can the photos be used in job postings and ads?
Yes, the licence covers the website, job boards, LinkedIn, social media, presentations and advertising. If employees appear in frame, I collect their consent before shooting.
