A restaurant or showroom takes one shooting day. A hotel — one to three days depending on the number of room categories and public areas. The schedule is built around your guests.
Can you shoot without closing the venue?
Yes, that is standard practice. We shoot zone by zone during low-occupancy hours: restaurants in the morning before opening, hotels between check-out and check-in, offices in the evening or at weekends. No full closure needed.
Do you shoot for Booking and aggregators?
Yes. We know the technical requirements of Booking, Airbnb, 2GIS and maps platforms: horizontal orientation, correct resolution, frame sequence from overview to details. The set is upload-ready.
How is pricing calculated for large properties?
For hotels, business and shopping centres pricing is calculated per zones and shooting days, not per hour. After a short brief and floor plans you receive a fixed-price estimate — no surprises at the end.
Is evening or night photography possible?
Yes. Architectural lighting, shopfronts and facades at dusk make some of the strongest commercial real estate frames. We plan the blue hour in advance around the forecast.
Can the photos be used in advertising?
Yes, commercial usage rights are included: outdoor advertising, catalogues, digital campaigns, press. The scope is fixed in the contract — usually a perpetual licence with no channel restrictions.
