How much does interior photography cost in Astana and Almaty in 2026
What makes up the price of an interior shoot: floor area, number of angles, retouching, video. Real numbers and how not to overpay.
The short answer
A professional shoot of an apartment up to 60 m² in Astana or Almaty starts from 60,000 ₸. A house or larger apartment — from 90,000 ₸. Commercial properties — hotels, restaurants, offices — are quoted individually per zones and shooting days, typically from 150,000 ₸ per day.
My price includes: the brief, a preparation checklist, the shoot itself with staging, manual retouching of every frame, and delivery in full resolution plus web versions.
What drives the price
The main factor is not hours but the number of final frames. Every angle means building a composition on a tripod, working the light, and 15–30 minutes of retouching afterwards. A 15-frame apartment and a 25-frame apartment are different amounts of work at the same floor area.
The second factor is lighting complexity. Dark rooms, glossy surfaces, panoramic windows with backlight demand extra equipment and time.
The third is the purpose. A sales shoot forgives simplifications; a designer portfolio or magazine shoot does not — every frame is built longer and retouched more carefully.
Where you can save — and where you cannot
You can save on the number of frames: a sales listing needs 10–12 angles, not 20. You can combine shoots: interior plus video or aerial in one visit costs less than two separate orders. And you can prepare the property yourself with the checklist — it shortens the shoot.
Do not save on retouching or ask for raw files. Unprocessed camera frames look worse than filtered phone photos — half of a professional result is born in post-production. I also advise against one-hour shoots: even a one-bedroom apartment cannot be photographed properly in an hour.
How to get an exact quote
Send your floor plan or the name of the commercial property via WhatsApp — I will quote an exact price within an hour. The price is fixed before the shoot and does not change afterwards: the number of frames, deadlines and delivery format are agreed in advance.
